GENALICE MAP, is the first
Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data processing pipeline with true population power.
The software is capable of aligning a complete human genome (37x coverage) in 25 minutes or less and produces an highly compressed output file, the so-called GAR (GENALICE Aligned Reads) file.
